We are constantly programming and connecting new and existing smart charging stations to the market-leading Connected to Virta Network® back-end system.
Our solution provides Charging Point Owners (CPO) automated payment transactions. In it, the CPO specifies the desired charging price for the charging station. NERO buys the charging events monthly from the CPO and invoices the chargers on behalf of the owner. NERO automatically transfers the charging fees to the CPO’s account on a monthly basis, without commission fees. Our solution removes the credit risk from the charging point owners, for example. housing companies, commercial properties or owners of rental properties.

Our system is NIS2 certified in accordance with the EU Cybersecurity Directive.
Our team has extensive special expertise in the demanding diagnostics of AC/DC Chargers, and we fix the most well-known charger brands throughout the country. We also carry out the inspections required by the Electricity Act for charging systems as part of the annual maintenance.
NERO's service is a smart choice, especially for parking areas with several charging stations in continuous use. An electronic service book is available for each of our service sites.
Telecommunication problems at charging stations are common, for example parking garages. NERO has charging station-specific diagnostic software to measure connections. We deliver and install the additional external amplifiers and antenna solutions required by the premises, even in the challenging locations.

NERO – business charging account is the most convenient way of payment for electronic company cars. You can charge your car at more than 620,000 Connected to Virta Network® charging stations in 60 different countries. We make an automatic monthly summary of all downloads to the employer for record-keeping purposes.
The NERO private charging account serves as payment for private car drivers at Connected to Virta Network® charging stations.
NERO chargers are served in Finnish, Swedish and English 24/7 at 0800 022 00.
Our service also meets the reporting requirements of the Tax Administration in accordance with the upcoming legislative amendment on 1 January 2026, after which employers can no longer offer free charging to their employees.

Get our NERO App
NERO charging account / NERO “Powered by Virta” mobile app enables you to view and search for public charging stations, and start, stop and pay for charging. You can also view and download receipts and your charging history from the mobile app.
NERO RFID tag
Identification can also be done with RFID tags. As you show the RFID to the charging station reader, your customer account is being identified and billed after the charging event.
You can order the RFID key fob for charging when registering NERO charging account.

One-Time Payment
Public charging stations can be accessed by everybody – even without registration. With our one-time payment solution, EV drivers can also pay with VISA or Mastercard. The payment solution can be found at www.chge.eu. Charging with the one-time payment is more expensive due to transmission fee added to the charging price – so register and you'll benefit.
